The low is now imo. There has been good support at 1.3 and BC has mainly not gone below 1.5, until quite recently perhaps.
Anyway, if one believes long term (LT) then don't stuff around waiting for bargain basement.
However, if one is ST then be choosy, but run the risk of missing out.
Imo IGO's exploration is the possible BIG THING. That has slowed down a bit as it seems that IGO is now exploring and assessing vhms over a broader area then it was initially interested in. So, there is time to accumulate while BC sells out, seemingly!
