I guess that's why we are in the market Pro, especially at this end of the market. Risk and reward. Although you are not willing to take a risk on this one, which is understandable.
I am a cynic probably more than most. But at the same time, it's times like this that has yielded signficant quick reward for me in the past. It is a calculated risk.
What if you are wrong? what if there is some kind of MOU/agreement that actually really works in their favour?
