How do you know this? Can you prove what you claim or are you involved in the case? The paperwork I received at the publication of the IPO was written and fully endorsed by TEC as Quantum had passed ALL audits in the past. So what your stating is something completely new. I think this is a desperate CEO looking to blame the past as all good losers do. I've seen it before and we will see it again. Depends whos side your on. I've pulled out on evidence of poor stewardship at the helm. I gave it another 9 months and it has got worse. Good luck to you all...
