I think you have nailed it SP, along with Rumpel. The balance of whether the reverse T/O displays strength or weakness is in the likely outcome and for AYA, it seems the outcomes will be positive.
(My question came from doing some study of Mergers and Acquisitions where it stated that often reverse T/Os indicate weakness in the acquired company)
