In a depression or recession people still eat. Asians in particular love eating its a past time.
Asian countries GDP and wealth is rising. This is shifting purchasing power and wealth from developed countries like australia and usa.
Our interest rates and wage growth will remain low for a long time whilst theirs continues to grow above average in asia.
