Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice-NTM.AX, page-53

I know that people have already touched on this within the thread already, however can we just confirm a two part question for me?

(1) To my knowledge, this is insider trading: there is no way (that I can see) the Director could legitimately argue he did not know the company would be looking to CR in the same week as their findings announcement.

(2) If the answer to (1) is yes, is anyone intending to officially report this?

I'm relatively new (<1 yr) to the stock market, so don't believe I am in the best capacity to action (2) myself without assistance.
