I have been wrong once before, but I see it something like this.
Either all the big boys are already in and are going to take up their entitlements, like all of us if the results are positive.
Or I reckon if the big boys aren't in yet, then we may not even get results before closing dates which means no-one will take up their entitlements and the big boys will take all the shortfall and only then will the announcements be made.

Third and final scenario would be poor results, which means no one takes up entitlements, the big fish take shortfall because MOX success will be in its new adventure of Lithium.
