LiveHire operates a cloud-based online human resources technology platform providing various cloud-based services to its corporate clients via the platform, including the TC subscription service, a market-leading online sourcing and recruitment software service connecting employers with available skilled workers in real-time. The Company’s platform and products help employers connect with and deepen their available talent pools across both specialised and diverse skill markets. The LiveHire platform is highly scalable and secure, being hosted on Amazon Web Services ("AWS"), and developed over +3 years with exponential growth in users. By tracking data and communications between employee and employer, LiveHire also provides data and analytics and related services. The Company also provides various services to its individual users and TC members, combining a comprehensive web resume builder with a live search market to enabling them to receive job offers and access accurate salary and career guidance.
