Hi, They are continuing to trade well on revenue but I haven't been in there since Feb. Also they tell us revenue but not expenses. I understand that the CEO lives in Qld and doesn't visit the property often.

They made the Security and Surveillance Manager and Assistant Manager's positions redundant and gave them a payout last month, so there goes over 15 years of corporate knowledge. Then they re-advertised the Manager's position on www.Hays.com.au for more than $20k more

The HR Manager was also made redundant and replaced with a Director of HR... but on more money of course.

The middle management have still not had a pay rise since about April 2014 and most of them are looking elsewhere for another job. Replacing them in a city this small will be difficult.... I'm still not buying share until they are well under 5ceven then, it's risky.
