As I have mentioned before, I would be very surprised if they took this case on, so holders would not want to get too excited or jump the gun. The 2 cases you posted on here about litigation have a different shareholder base and is why they were successful with the litigation being taken on be MB.

Have you contacted ASIC about the released announcements? I think that will be the best you will get from this whole situation is to forward the announcements to them and asked for action to be taken against any individuals that have broken the law.

Hopefully Mal, you have made some of your losses back since.
