Mate that is the same with just about any spec mining stock you invest in. It does not mean it can't be valued now on the future cash flows.
have a look at 88E, they have a hole in the ground of 50 cm wide and have some good oil prospects there. Its valued at $200m or so. Years to production and probably will be bought by a large player. Same road for RXL, I believe. Ask your self the question is the discovery/holding by RXL worth $34m for 30% of the largest deposit in the world? ......Right!
