Underground is fine if you're already there, it's the development Capex that scares people (sic. Financiers) as upfront cost in economic modelling destroys npvs quicker than assumpta ruins the phrase objective analysis.
However if the opex once into the ore is low enough and the mine can be scaled effectively then it will be extremely profitable long term. I feel the grades here will justify the mine development Capex even at this resource size. I just feel any additional tonnes will really help the cause.
