    Wouldn't be worrying about any consolidation.

    185m shares on offer. 2.12m MC.

    You also have to see what NTA (net tangible assets) the new company has. If over $5m, no consolidation needed.

    You could also push the MC to $20m (about 4c) and there's no need to consolidate.

    Need to show they have plenty of cash - more than a few mil after 24 months.

    Just a few options.
