Great stuff, great announcement. lets dilute the company by near enough 50% for a lousy 1 cent to receive $1.5 million. This can only mean there's nothing at Mt. Ringwood and lets collect some cash so we can stay employed for another year. These clowns have got to go. Enough is enough.
So now we go back to under a cent. Why not wait for any positive news at mt Ringwood and then maybe raise the same amount of money at 2 cents and only dilute the stock by 25%.??? Reason Mt Ringwood will come up empty.
