    May 29 (Reuters) - Carpentaria Exploration Ltd (CAP) :

    • Letter of intent with gunvor group for hawsons offtake (CAP)
    • Signs non- binding letter of intent for purchase of 1 million tonnes per annum of hawsons iron project "supergrade" product
    • Under loi, parties intend to develop binding offtake arrangements,initially for 10-year term,with first supply targeted in 2020
