Month End

May 31st is fast approaching. I predict that the announcement of the termination of the agreement between Julian Strauss (Winter Gardens) and IGS will be announced shortly afterwards. A very disappointing outcome with what i had considered to have great prospects. Pity that one whole year has been wasted. Directors happy as they still get their fees.

In order for the partnership to have been consumated IGS had to provide the required funding. It failed. WG directors are very disappointed and have suggested taking legal action. But i suspect the agreement had an out clause. WG is seeking new funding and others will enjoy the fruits of the venture and not us IGS investors.

So what next for IGS?

That's the big question on my agenda.

We all need to wait patiently while the dust settles.
