While this is great news and a neccesity for becoming a dominant player in the lithium industry i do have a few concerns.
1. Takeover will have to be at a premium, a simple 1:1.5 script swap will not suffice, there needs to be a premium involved.
2.Holding a decent amount of shares and having held for under a year a script swap plus cash will see a lot of holders including myself deep into CGT territory, i had no intention of selling these for quite some time so to be forced to pay a huge amount of tax will be against the benefit of holders, at the very least they would wait till new financial year before finalising the aquisition.
I guess we will know shortly but i encourage others to stand up and vote against if the terms are unfavorable.
