    Maxy can you be sure that it wasn't SE's brokers driving the price down so he could get best price?

    Might go with non promtion of company, missing timetable by large margin?

    I think the possiblity that SE might intend to take this private into his group of companies once risk is reduced has to be on the table, so to speak.

    And will remain a possibility as long as slipforms line of credit remains unpaid and non promotion of company seems a priority?
