Being set-up for a takeover ?

80mill+ worth of Gold plant & camp , close to 300koz gold resource ,IRC shares , huge upside to come from the drillbit
RECORD HIGH AUD GOLD PRICE + LOW OPEX environment ....toll treatment ??, no issues round raising capital(just look at EAR's latest CR )

located on the Eastern Goldfields which holds a major chunk of the world's Gold reserves ....

plant is well known to need very little in CAPEX to get back into production

Nearly 80% of the MKO shares are held by 8-9 individuals investors !!!!

you only need 90% of shareholders to agree to T/O to be gain 100% control !

well known EAR.asx will process ore at MKO gold plant ..... well known these guys will likely merge (from mgmt ann.)

recent times EAR has surged 110%+ >>> MKO crushed 20%+ over the same time....

At present MKO getting forced down ....nil updates we should have on Resource upgrades promised long ago
EAR mgmt forging ahead raising 3.2mill easy ,,,drilling ongoing ...

Now is MKO being set-up for a cheap takeover from EAR ?? looks very possible IMHO
