Yes! Have been wondering why we haven't seen a change of Directors notice , this is a positive thing imo wish it was an on market trade instead of off market but am happy with it even so...
Agreed with you about the optionscome try to get them in the money, would bean a heads share price of 30c + I think.
Things haven't looked this good for a while imo!
