Lia Darby is married to "lawyer" Andrew Mortimer. In all their dealings over the years, they have repeatedly secured financing from a Boston company called Baycrest Capital LLC. There is a distinct smell about that and I wonder if the amateurs at ASIC have considered this odd arrangement and sought to verify who is getting paid for these transactions
