There could only be interest if there is inside knowledge
With the company background and history of doing nothing and not updating the market only someone in the know would buy this dog stock. In reality money traded to buy this stock is minimal at best. What this stock trades all year is what SGH does in a day.

Maybe that will change and I hope so but your bias towards buying is based on BS.
The company has shown year after year (decades?) that it is unable to get things done.
