Good question as to why sell Walhallow for $100 million and then spend $130 million on Rocklands and the other property. Probably a reflection of Macquarie Bank (Paraway) fund manager mentality - they have been under pressure from their investors to kick a goal and they were final offered a profit on one of their purchases - maybe even a chance to charge some "performance " fees as well.

Reminds of some of the AAco property shuffling under previous management - must have made the sales agents happy and bolstered the State Govt stamp duty coffers but achieved little else ..
