You may be right, however my view is MGX is ranging waiting for news of use of cash, and the level with the range is based on IO sentiment so trading on the basis of whether its going to 18c or 22 c in my view is dangerous as MGXs re-rate will be news driven, through acquisition, Capital management , insurance or a combination, and thus I feel the SP driven by IO sentiment is not what we should base our decision. We are almost at the end of May and the average IO price and lump premium has been solid and even better when one considers the AUD IO.
I am holding MGX until we have newsflow, whether it be 1 month, 3 or 12m
