According to company announcement, Eligible investors (such as current chair and Ian Middlemas) and all outgoing and incoming directors are deserve to buy shares at 5 cents each total up to 30,000,000.
If anyone buy at todays price say 2.5 cents. It will be 1-for-4 consolidated, which means buying company share at 10cents
(post consolidation). What it means above eligible investors buying at 100% discount than market price.
This is so called absolutely a sort of Intelligent Crime.
