    Seed investor means he invested in first wave tech as a private company and he is buying more in the IPO

    Seed investors are called seed because they are the first investors in start ups...


    Think of a company as a plant... Seed investors fund projects.. When they grow into small plants they list on the ASX and chumps like us get a chance to buy in the hope that they grow into big trees...

    Now we just have to avoid all the cyclones and strong winds lol
