- Aqc to acquire 100% interest in dartbrook jv (AQC)
- Notified of Marubeni coal decision to exercise its tag-along right for sale of 16.67% interest in dartbrook joint venture to company
- Marubeni has the right to `tag' and sell its interest to aqc on no less favourable terms
- Says consideration for the marubeni acquisition will include a A$5 million cash payment
