If they sold any shares, they would have to announce it fairly quickly given that JH is a PANR director.
I know he's not involved in the decision making process (to buy or sell) regarding the PANR holding, but the fact he's a PANR director, means they have additional hoops regarding disclosure, not just % thresholds.
