I still watch OMI with interest. While not holding many, have been watching closely as I believe good news will come. The new mgt appears trustworthy and conservative, not full of hype and bs like some other co's with similar products. Unfortunatley great Aussie inventions take much longer to get to market than the punter thinks or wants and many have probably been hurt waiting or bailing out with the dropping share price. I believe they are close to changing the sentiment - US approval should be big . It will be interesting to see how the Aussie needle sales go and to see recent sales figures for the scalpel. I don't think they will get too much cheaper and will jump in for some more on some positive news.
