Me too, but only small money though compared to my lithium portfolio. Looks like a good early stage investment opportunity.
I have been looking into stocks from this cobalt website. Am in BAR CNJ BPL and PIO
Missed the boat on MTH was look at it at 1.1c.
BAR has been doing strongly as it has gold too @specgoldbug is the specialist on that. They own 50% of the cobalt project with CNJ.
BPL has been low volume, slow and sleepy, which is fine. Creeping up without a lot of sellers, traders. Buyers seem the patient kind who have done research and know the value.
There are actually quite a few stocks with cobalt exposure, commonly cobalt being a by product. Some are familiar mid-tier nickel, copper operations IGO MCR CDU VMY TGS DRA MLM PGM PUN. I am hesitant of going too much into them due to exposure on the primary commodities, as lithium investors we know copper, nickel companies have been struggling.
Also looked at RER which has project in DRC. HIG PNG which had Nickel cobalt operations suspended.
I am liking the look of the cobalt story so far. Not yet spectacular, but could be. Showing green shoots.
