I've said it before, but a mob with deep pockets (e.g. the Japanese) who have the cash to develop Warro properly might be interested. As would an multinational oiler, who might just simply land bank it. TSV is incredibly cheap in terms of gas in place and it seems the technical issues are surmountable...with the proper technical expertise (i.e. without all the stuffs up we've had along the way).
