You know very well that i was referring to the issuing of Winter Garden shares once the takeover was completed. I have stated in recent posts that this takeover will now not occur. Therefore no WG shares for anyone. As for the "some luck" well that will not eventuate. Therefore no egg on anyones face especially mine.
As for loosing money...well that has not occured "as yet " and most likely will not as con note holders need to get repaid capital plus interest. I had spoken to IGS about this weeks ago if the WG deal lapsed.
