the company as you knew it is over...its finished
yes, your shareholding will be heavily diluted but this company is now being managed by who many consider to be the very best management in the mining exploration business, namely, Mr Ian Middlemass & Co
that said, the Mr Ian Middlemass & Co company PSF recently vended in an excellent technology company
you can't change the change but you can't get much better so probably best to hang in for the ride
