What's going on?, page-14

I like the pe, yld, debt is not too bad, but the trend is down....... there has been no response in the SP to the drop in interest rates, and yet it has to make a difference to sales......
peet's down trend is even worse but it trades on a very much higher PE.......

I think the housing market should stay buoyant for a good couple of years yet, and then their seems to be a bias with the RBA to drop interest rates further - but the market seems to be very cautious in this area.......

sorry folks but i'm not a buyer here until I can see some likely change in trend ......
