That's a shame that only Finbar is left. I guess there are listed property groups like your stockland (are blackburne/mirvac?) - but that is just a general residential play.

I am itching for one of their project updates presntation. be really curious to see presales... wonder how the new west perth aire project is going, i went pass and saw some persons doing the rounds of the mock site, but still (going past it every day on the way home) can't understand who would want to live their from a location pov.

The share price has finally begun its descent back down after being stagnant for so long. Pehaps the buy backs will kick back to life now. It's been awfully quiet.
