I work for one of the top 3 IT support Companies ie IBM HP CSC etal and yes the gen Y's need to be managed, but if they are not well managed then the churn will kill you. The couple of positive reviews for working for the company are clearly outliers - you can not possibly be describing the same company - both the best and worst at the same time. Like you, leishd - I like the concept but I view the company like a penny gold miner - of no value unless they have good people - great management and ultimatly some good luck as well. I picked up minimum shares (much less than normal) just to track the company, and was toying of piucking up more shares if all looked well with the company. Well it's been all one way traffic so far. The business concept is great but it will be the leaders and the staff which will make the company and so far they are churning people and burning cash - there will need to be a significant turn around here.
