Just reflecting on this stock. I first bought in 2013 and I cannot remember any bad news just steady share price and revenue gains. If only share investing was always like this.
Frankly, for a stock with a track record like LIC 15x P/E is still too cheap.
My only worry is the aging Aussie housing bubble. How would their business model stand a 30% downturn in the Victoria housing market? Still illiquid too.
That said, (sorry brag coming up) I sold a bit to re-balance my portfolio and I am now sitting on a nice free carry. From here on I'll just sit back and watch the divies roll in. Cold dead hands material.
