Impressive that these guys raised $4 million for what is basically a plan to build a satellite company has net assets of $20k (no zero's missing). The value of a small family car! I guess when a company has only been incorporated a few week prior, there isn't even time to incur any debts ore develop assets!
Presumably people have tipped in their hard earned to have some exposure to the "potential to revolutionise the existing satellite communications industry"
To be fair, the prospectus spells it out pretty well. Loads of risk, nothing developed so far, no guarantees of revenue, success or profit but lots of potential if all the stars align.
Will be really interesting to see how this fare on relisting. Good luck to those holding, you are now officially space-investors
