Silly me. I didn't read the quarterly until now. I'm surprised at the West Gawler decision. Actually I think it's a bad decision based on hazy recollections of the JV deal. From memory I thought that deal had the option to dilute to a royalty position instead of contribute to find the 10%. If so it makes no sense to me to take $20k now instead of a royalty position even if it ended up as 1% of zero. $20k is next to nothing anyway. But perhaps I need to review the terms of that deal?
