For some reason even the MMG acquisition was delayed by a number of months. It was supposed to complete in january and only completed a few weeks ago. Maybe there are issues getting the vendors to the table in a timely manner? And as far as I know they spent most of the cash they raised when they recapitalised by buying MMG.
Maybe they are trying to raise cash?
