Re : talk of takeover of EDE and capital gain implications for TAS
Maybe it will be TAS that becomes the object of a takeover because of its large EDE shareholding.
Then the tables for holders would be reversed.
The question is how much YOU would want to part with your TAS and TASO.
I would only part with my TASO for the real value(plus premium) represented by my TASO
holding in EDE/EDEO at the time of the "offer".
