    May 4 (Reuters) - Spain's Ferrovial FER.MC :

    • Says has reached 73.64 percent acceptance in Broadspectrum takeover bid
    • Ferrovial aims to reach at least 90 percent acceptance on its A$1.5-per-share takeover bid for Broadspectrum.
