Pricing for the Transaction was based on the 20-day VWAP of the First Mining shares as of April 6, 2016. The deemed value of the Transaction is approximately $13,000,000.Though FF has doubled in the last month.... So you guys are getting a fabulous deal as FF have a few more take overs to announce.
By the time this is done, you wont have 8%.... FF business model is to acquire jnrs with gold in the ground using shares... with admitted few deals left to go through (havent been announced) , if you have 5% you should be happy IMO.
Top tier management with an excellent vision and they believe in the metals and the sector. Chairman and staff buy alot of shares on market, and the backers are some of the biggest names in North America.
FF= pure Gold leverage with 10m oz in the ground, 30m in Silver and a host of zinc/copper early stages projects also.
