Look like the market doesn't understand the news as I am so confused as well.
From a short term perspective, the earning is downgraded in fy16. The presentation didn't layout an easy plan as why it will payoff in fy17. So I reckon market is as confused as I am.
I don't know whether I should buy, sell or hold to be honest. The yield will be good if they still pay dividend. Debt shouldn't be much a worry since interest rate is pretty low and was lower again yesterday.
