Yep this is again good news. I really like how the company is pushing out a steady stream of announcements on contract wins, it says that after last year's shake-up, they are getting down to business and business is good. The chart is at an interesting juncture, with a higher low formed over the last week, and at a short term downtrend line - hopefully we can see some buying interest coming in over the next couple of days and breaking that downtrend.
