Last time I sold my shares in a Rto stock to try get cheaper ones in the placement. I ended up with 0 shares because it was way oversubscribed and then the stock opened at 50% higher than what they raised at and within a couple days was 100% higher
Its only $3m so the chances of you getting any are slim to none unless you are lucky enough to be a sophisticated client with the broker than does the raise
