Dr. Peter B. Corr, Ph.D., is a Co-Founder and Co-Managing General Partner of Auven Therapeutics Management L.L.L.P Dr. Corr co-founded Auven Therapeutics Management in 2007. He retired from Pfizer Inc. in December 2006 where he was the Senior Vice President of Science and Technology from July 2002 to 2006. He had the strategic responsibility for aligning Pfizer's worldwide research and development organization with licensing activities, advancing its human health business through licensing and business development, science, technology and medical outreach, and advocacy, including global medical professional relations and science policy. In 2002 and 2003, Dr. Corr also headed worldwide pharmaceutical research and development for Pfizer. He was a member of the Pfizer Human Health Leadership Team and the Pfizer Leadership Council. He served as Senior Vice President at Pfizer Inc. from June 2000 to July 2002. He headed Worldwide Research and Development where he served as an Executive Vice President, Pfizer Global Research and Development, and as the President, Worldwide Development. He joined Pfizer Inc. in June 2000, upon the merger with Warner-Lambert Company, where he was a Vice President and the President of Research and Development at Warner Lambert/Parke Davis from 1998 until the merger with Pfizer in June 2000. Dr. Corr served as a Senior Vice President of Discovery Research for Monsanto Company from 1996 to 1998 and a Vice President Discovery Research, Monsanto Searle from 1993 to 1996. He came to the private sector after spending 18 years as a Researcher in Molecular Biology and Pharmacology, at both the basic science and clinical level, at Washington University in St. Louis. He serves on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards and councils. He serves as Director of ADC Products Ltd. He has been a Director of Furiex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., since February 2010; Global Edit, Inc.; and the African Leadership Congress. He served as a Director of Cibus Global, Ltd. Dr. Corr is the past Governor of the New York Academy of Sciences and immediate past Chairman of the Board of Governors and a member of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at ADC Therapeutics Sarl. He serves as the Chairman on the Boards of The Critical Path Institute, in Tucson, Arizona and the International Partnership for Microbicides. He is a Trustee of the Joyce Theatre Foundation in New York City. He served as Director of Invion Limited from October 30, 2007 to November 21, 2011. Dr. Corr was the Chairman of the PhRMA Foundation Board of Directors; and Chairman of the Hever Group, representing Chief Scientific Officers across the European and United States based pharmaceutical industry. He is the recipient of numerous awards, including membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honorary Society, an Established Investigator Award from the American Heart Association, and a Research Career Development Award from the National Institutes of Health. He received the Washington University School of Medicine Teacher of the Year Award on several occasions and, in 1990, the Washington University Distinguished Faculty Award. In 2004, he was named a William Pitt Fellow at Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, United Kingdom. He was a Professor in the Departments of Medicine (Cardiology), Pharmacology, and Molecular Biology at Washington University in St. Louis. His research has been published in more than 160 scientific manuscripts. Dr. Corr holds a Ph.D. and received a Doctorate from Georgetown University School of Medicine.tr
