How are you? I do have to correct you on the classic triple energy form. I am not saying its been a while but you have to remember its China here. What we forget is China is a developing country, their data and the way things are done there is totally different to us. We may have lots of data already store but in rural area of China, that kind of info isnt readily available. Its like Africa too, data for African projects are literally a guessing game because of lack of available data.
Have a look at bsp's acquisition, they are taking their time too. Dont forget how long the deal between bsp and triple took.
What I took out of the quarterly is Moke deal is done but subjected to staging or what we call it earn out for the vendor I guess as we go through production. That is a great way of making sure we didnt over pay for the assets. If the production is less, we pay less or zero but if its better than everyone enjoy a few more buck. The 4 methods they spoke about monetizing are good for me.
As for the JV, I hope they get the jixi area soon because the current area has been a lot harder than I thought.
