Amazing how two people can read the same announcement and come to two completely different opinions. This AGM was supposed to happen last year, and since then, the dynamics of IDC have changed substantially, so this vote is dated. Maybe there should be a new vote that is more current to the environment which is facing IDC now, not 12 months ago. They suggest looking at new opportunities, so do we really need Kandahar, and their 400 to 1 stock consolidation ? And again, who is Kandahar, in terms of market cap and past achievements.
IDC need to be questioned, not supported, it is our right as shareholders, until you vote 'yes' to dilute our say.
So Toby, yes, we know from ASIC who they are, a nothing company, recently registered, but are they a 'real' company with a high level of achievements and capital to back them ? A rhetorical question, but one that requires an answer before I am asked to vote for them.
