WELLINGTON, April 29 (Reuters) - The number of new dwelling consents approved in New Zealand fell a seasonally adjusted 9.8 percent on month in March, following a 10.3 percent rise in February, official data showed Friday.
Excluding apartments, flats, and retirement village units, the number of consents for new houses fell 4.1 percent after rising 3.9 percent in the prior month.
